55 PGA. Annual General
Body Meeting April 5th. 2017.
Dear Members,
In accordance with Section 8 (c) of the 55PGA
Constitution, the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) will be held in the Olga
Tyne Room at the Cawthra Seniors’ Center, 1389 Cawthra Road South, Mississauga
Ontario, on Wednesday April 5th 2017 at 6 P.M.
The meeting is open only to members in good standing
as of December 31st. 2016, or members who have renewed for 2017 and
to new members.

opening prayer and comments.
2.
To accept the
minutes of the previous AGM and adopt the 2015 Report.

President’s 2016
report
4.
Treasurer's 2016
report
5.
Any Other
Business as approved by the Executive Committee
Items under Any Other Business must be received by the
General Secretary in writing by email at leslie.desouza@outlook.com or by regular Post Office mail at 68 Stoneham Road, Etobicoke
ON M9C 4Y9 no later than March 22nd. 2017.
The 2016 Financial Report, and the minutes of the 2015
AGM are attached and are also posted on the Internet site at http://55plusga.blogspot.com/
Members who wish to attend should submit their names
to Leslie de Souza at leslie.desouza@outlook.com or call Leslie at 416 -626-1242 no later than March
27th 2017 for catering purposes.
Please note that snacks and light refreshments will be
provided only to those who register as indicated above and are present at the
meeting.
